Cold containers remove ambient heat and allow cold to penetrate and surround your load. For winter, SureTemp® cargo blankets work to trap heat, so temperatures in a shipment remain stable and above the freezing point for longer periods of time. In the summer, the aluminum layer is optimized to reflect the IR radiation (heat) and maintain the target temperature ranges during a typical intermodal shipment.

This material is a complete six-sided protector made of pure double-sided aluminum foil with a very low emissivity value, which protects its charge from radiant infrared heat transfer. Over the years, we have simplified the design of our products so that our coatings can be installed quickly and easily. For installation, our container liners include an integrated magnet and elastic band and rope support system to suspend the roof of the liner a few inches from the roof of the shipping container to reduce heat transfer from overhead. Once the SureTemp® liner is fully installed, the interior of the load is fully protected on all walls and roof, providing a closed environment that is protected from temperature and humidity.
